What people read and where they came from. No cookies.
DocSpell counts page views on the server as pages are sent, so ad blockers don't hide readers, and there's no tracking script and no cookie.
What you see#
Every plan gets the total views for each doc space. Paid plans add:
- Daily views, with the days you published marked
- Top pages
- Countries
- Referrers, as the site people came from
- Devices: desktop, phone, or tablet
The dashboard also shows a 30-day trend and the most read page of the week next to each doc space.
What's stored#
No IP addresses. Each view stores a one-way hash instead, the referring site without its full URL, the country, and the device type. Views from you, the owner, aren't counted. Raw view rows are deleted after 180 days. The privacy policy has the details.
